মো: শায়েস্তা খান, জন্ম ১জানুয়ারি ১৯৭৬ সাল। পিতা মৃত আক্কাস আলী খান(আতিয়ার রহমান খান)। পিতৃভিটা-মাগুরা জেলার মহম্মদপুর উপজেলার বালিদিয়া ইউনিয়ন এর বালিদিয়া গ্রামে। জনাব মো: শায়েস্তা খান এর জন্মবাড়ি একই উপজেলার রাজাপুর ইউনিয়নের ১নং ওয়ার্ড রাড়িখালী গ্রামে।

৬ভাইয়ের মধ্যে মো: শায়েস্তা খান সর্বকনিষ্ঠা। শিক্ষাজীবনের হাতেখড়ি রাড়িখালী গ্রামের দক্ষিণপাড়ার এফতেদায়ী মাদরাসায়। সাল ১৯৮২। শিক্ষাজীবনে তিনি এসএসসি ১৯৯৮, এইচএসসি ২০০০, অনার্স(বাংলা) ২০০৫, মাষ্টার্স(বাংলা) ২০১০ সালে শেষ করেন।

লেখাপড়ার পাশাপাশি তিনি গ্রামীণ ঐতিহ্যবাহী লাঠিখেলার সাথে যুক্ত হন ১৯৯২ সাল থেকে। লাঠিখেলার জাতীয় সংগঠন বাংলাদেশ লাঠি-লড়ি এসোসিয়েশন এর গ্রান্ডমাষ্টার উস্তাদ শওকত আলী সর্দারের শীষ্যপদ গ্রহণ করেন ১৯৯২ সালে। তিনি ১৯৯৩ সালের ৬ষ্ঠ সাফগেমসে লাঠিখেলায় অংশ নিয়ে কৃতিত্ব প্রদর্শন করেন এবং প্রশংসাপত্র পান। ২০০৯ কৃতিত্বপূর্ণ অবদানের জন্য উস্তাদ খেতাবে ভুষিত হন। তিনি লাঠিখেলার শতাধিক আইটেমের কলাকৌশল রপ্ত করে এখন লাঠিয়াল উস্তাদ হিসেবে পরিচিতি। বর্তমান তিনি লাঠিখেলার জাতীয় সংগঠন "বাংলাদেশ লাঠি-লড়ি এসোসিয়েশন" এর প্রতিষ্ঠাতা  জেনারেল সেক্রেটারী হিসেবে দায়িত্বরত আছেন। তাঁর নিয়ন্ত্রণে সারাদেশে ৫৫০টি লাঠিয়াল দল পরিচালিত হচ্ছে।

শিক্ষাজীবন সমাপ্ত করে জনাব শায়েস্তা খান ২০১১ সালে একটি হার্বফার্মা লিমিটেড এর এজিএম(মার্কেটিং) হিসেবে কোম্পানির প্রধান কার্যালয় কুষ্টিয়াতে যুক্ত হন। ২০১৩ সালে তিনি বাংলাদেশের কৃষিনির্ভর প্রতিষ্ঠান কৃষিবিদ গ্রুপ এর কক্সবাজার জেলার প্রজেক্ট ম্যানেজার হিসেবে যুক্ত হন। ২০১৪ সালে তিনি ইবনে সীনা ফার্মাসিউটিক্যাল এর মেডিকেল রিপ্রেজেন্টেটিভ হিসেবে সুনামগঞ্জ জেলায় নিযুক্ত হন। ২০১৫ সালে তিনি একটি গবেষণা প্রতিষ্ঠানের সাথে যুক্ত হয়ে দীর্ঘদিন দায়িত্ব পালন করেন। ২০২১ সালে তিনি একটি ইলেক্ট্রনিক্স কোম্পানিতে প্লাজা সেকশনে মার্কেটিং অফিসার হিসেবে যুক্ত হন।

২০২২ সালের শুরুতেই তিনি ম্যাটসন ডিস্ট্রিবিউশন লিমিটেড নামে একটি কোম্পানি গড়ে তোলেন। যেহেতু ডিস্ট্রিবিউশন কোম্পানি, সেহেতু তিনি শুরতেই ইলেক্ট্রিক এন্ড ইলেক্ট্রনিক্স পণ্য ডিস্ট্রিবিউট এর উদ্যোগ নেন। সারাদেশে তিনি ডিলারদের মাধ্যমে ম্যাটসন ব্যান্ডে টিভি, ফ্রিজ, এসি, রাইসকুকার, প্রেসারকুকার, ফ্রাইপেন, ওয়াটারকেটলি, বেলেন্ডার, আয়রণ মেশিন, গ্যাসস্টভ, এল ই ডি বাল্ব, সিলিং ফ্যানসহ ২০টি পণ্য বাজারজাত করছেন। তিনি ম্যাটসনকে গ্রুপ অব কোম্পানি হিসেবে গড়ে তুলতে উদ্যোগ গ্রহণ করেছেন। ইতোমধ্যে তিনি আরও ৬টি প্রকল্প হাতে নিয়েছেন। কোম্পানির নিজস্ব কারখানা গড়ে তোলার প্রক্রিয়া চলমান।

জনাব শায়েস্তা খান একজন প্রফেশনাল ক্রিকেটার, ফুটবলার ছিলেন। একজন সাংস্কৃতিক ব্যক্তিও বটে। তিনি গীতিকার ও সুরকার, গল্প, প্রবন্ধ, উপন্যাস, নাটক, কবিতা লেখালেখিতে পারদর্শী। তিনি কুরআন-হাদীসের একজন গবেষক। মানবকল্যাণে নিবেদিত প্রাণ। বহুমখী প্রতিভার এই মানুষের শ্লোগান একটাই- "পৃথিবীতে কোনো কিছু জানতে মানা নেই, কিন্তু জানা বিষয়ের কিছু কিছু মানতে মানা আছে।"

জনাব শায়েস্তা খান ব্যক্তিগত জীবনে বিবাহিত। এক ছেলে ও এক মেয়ের পিতা। ২০১২সালে মাষ্টার্স পাশ ফারহানা সুমির সাথে বিবাহ বন্ধনে আবদ্ধ হন। তাঁর সহধর্মীনি একজন ধার্মিক মহিয়সী নারী। ম্যাটসন কোম্পানির ডিএমডিও বটে।

নেতৃত্বের গুণসম্পন্ন জনাব শায়েস্তা খান মনে করেন, তাদের পূর্বসূরী বাংলার সুবেদার নবাব শায়েস্তা খান যেভাবে বাংলা শাসন করেছে সেভাবে তিনিও একদিন এই বাংলাদেশকে শাসন করে শান্তি-সমৃদ্ধির বাংলা উপহার দিতে চান। আর সেটি ব্যবসার মাধ্যমেই সম্ভব। আর এই কারণে তিনি দীর্ঘমেয়াদী পরিকল্পনার আলোকে অরাজনৈতিকভাবে ব্যবসা-বাণিজ্যের সম্প্রসারণের মাধ্যমে দেশের উন্নয়নে ভূমিকা রাখতে চান। তিনি নি:স্বার্থভাবে মানবতার কল্যাণে কাজ করে যেতে চান। তিনি নিজ জন্মভূমি রাড়িখালী গ্রামকে শহরে রূপান্তর করতে চান আগে। সে মোতাবেক তিনি পরিকল্পনা নিয়ে এগিয়ে যাচ্ছেন। 

Md. Shayesta Khan, born on January 1, 1976. Father Late Akkas Ali Khan (Atiare Rahman Khan). In Balidia village of Balidia union of Mohammadpur upazila of The father is bitter-Magura district. Birthplace of Shayesta Khan-Rarikhali village, Ward No. 1 of Rajapur Union of the same upazila.

Md. Shayesta Khan is the youngest among 6 brothers. The beginning of his education was in Iftedai Madrasa of Dakkhinpara of Rarikhali village. Year 1982. In his education, he completed SSC 1998, HSC 2000, Honors (Bangla) 2005, Masters (Bangla) 2010.

Besides education, he was Associated with rural traditional stick game since 1992. In 1992, Ustad Shawkat Ali, the grandmaster of Bangladesh Lathi-Lori Association, the national organization of stick sports, accepted the discipleship of Sardar. He participated in the 6th SAF games in 1993 and showed his achievement and received the certificate. 2009 Awarded the title of Ustad for meritorious contribution. Currently, he is serving as the general secretary of Bangladesh Lathi-Lorii Association, the national organization of stick games. 550 Lathial teams are being run across the country under his control.

After completing his education, Mr. Shayesta Khan joined a Herbpharma Limited in 2011 as AGM (Marketing) at the company's head office Kushtia. In 2013, he joined Krishibid Group, a Bangladeshi agricultural company, as the project manager of Cox's Bazar district. In 2014, he was appointed as the medical representative of Ibn Sina Pharmaceutical in Sunamganj district. In 2015, he joined a research institute and served for a long time. In 2021, he joined an electronics company as a marketing officer in the Plaza section.

At the beginning of 2022, he established a company called Matson Distribution Limited. As a distribution company, he took the initiative of distributing electrical and electronics products. He is marketing 20 products including TV, Fridge, AC, Rice Cooker, Pressure Cooker, Fry pan, Water Kettle, Blender, Iron Machine, Gas Stove, LED Bulb, Ceiling Fan through dealers across the country. He has already taken initiatives to develop Matson as a group of companies. Undertake 6 more projects. The company is in the process of building its own factory.

Mr. Shayesta Khan was a professional cricketer, footballer. He is also a cultural person. He is a lyricist and composer, well versed in writing stories, essays, novels, plays, poetry. He is a researcher of Quran and Hadith. Life dedicated to human welfare. Mr. Shayesta Khan is married in personal life. Father of one son and one daughter. In 2012, Farhana Sume to got married, who passed her Masters. His consort is a pious noble woman. Matson is also the company's DMD.

Mr. Shayesta Khan, who has the qualities of leadership, thinks that he wants to rule this Bangladesh one day and give Bengal the gift of peace and prosperity the way his predecessor Nawab Shayesta Khan ruled Bengal. And that is possible only through business. And for this reason, he wants to play a role in the development of the country through the expansion of business and trade apolitically in the light of long-term planning. He wants to work selflessly for the welfare of humanity.
